Backups are stored securely
Retained for up to 14 days after service completion
Permanently deleted after that period unless requested sooner
The technician is not responsible for data loss unless caused by gross negligence
Unless otherwise specified, replaced parts belong to the customer.
Customer may choose to:
Receive replaced parts
Have them recycled
Allow the technician to keep them
Labor is under warranty for 30 days
Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty only
Payment is due upon completion of work and before equipment is returned
